Scrap metal goes to Schnitzer Steel / Radius Recycling here in Bend. When eligible metal value is paid out at the yard, those funds are credited back to you — not pocketed by the hauler. We separate other recyclable materials whenever practical.

Yes. Photo estimates are free and there’s no obligation. Final pricing is confirmed onsite based on the actual load.

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel fees can apply on jobs outside our standard Central Oregon service area. Any travel costs are quoted up front in the estimate — never added on the day of pickup.

Do you donate items?

Yes — good-condition items may be donated through Furnish Hope, SuperThrift, or Habitat ReStore depending on the item. Scrap metal goes to Schnitzer / Radius, and any eligible metal value is credited back to you.

Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

Often, when route and crew capacity allow. Same-day requests are confirmed once we’ve reviewed your photos and matched a pickup window.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, card, and digital payments. No deposit required.
